Introduction

* The JET-5664AA SODDR5 CM Extender (STD) is designed for Current Measuring of memory module designer.

* It used to protect SODDR5 Memory during testing.

* VDD Measuring： Measure the voltage drop across the CSR (Current Sensing Resistor 10m ohm), to get the current measurement (I=V/R).

* Current Measuring： User can remove the CSR and connect an ampere meter across the CSR pins to perform current measurement.
