Product Overview
M750 Enterprise Class U.2 PCIe Gen3 X4 NVMe interface SSD is a high endurance and maximum reliability drive. M750 Enterprise Class drive supports up to 16 channels/64 Flash Chip Enable (CE) capable of delivering Sustained Read/Write of 3200MB/1000MB/s and Sustained Random Read/Write of 400K/30K IOPS.
It is fully in compliance with the standard 2.5-Inch form factor and SFF-8639 connector, PCIe base 3.1 and NVMe 1.3 specifications. The security features of M750 including End to end data path protection, Power Loss Data Protection, OPAL 2.0, TCG Pyrite, among others, to ensure the drive keeps the data intact at all time. In order to support Drive Writes Per Day of up to 1.8 DWPD over 5 years, M750 drive sorts and adopts enterprise level NAND and advanced controller technology to meet the challenge.
Capacity ranges from 480GB to 8TB
