M-Factors Industrial Grade high temp mSATA SSD is a flash based disk drive with SATA 2.6 compliant interface. It used Industried grade components including high performance and reliability Phison controller and Toshiba MLC based NAND flash tested at temperature of -45C to 85C. It provides read and writes speeds of up to 240MB/s and 190MB/s respectively. Its high reliability and data protection makes it an ideal storage solution for the server and mobile environment. Due to its non mechanical nature, it has higher shock resistant and lower access time than traditional rotating hard disk. Built-in ECC and EDC ensure error-free transactions for the most demanding applications.
