Shipping

Orders within the 48 contiguous states will be shipped via FedEX Ground, UPS Ground or USPS unless specifically request otherwise. Orders placed outside the 48 contiguous states will be sent according to the shipping method selected by customers during checkout.

For overseas orders, please contact us if the transaction fails to go through. And clients are responsible for custom duty and tax charges incurred if any.

Limited Warranty

M-Factors Solid State Storage carry a 2 year limited warranty from the date of purchse. M-Factors makes every effort to ship defect-free products. Should a situation arise for warranty work, we will either replace or repair the unit.

This warranty does not cover product failure caused by abuse, mishandling, improper installation or usage, alternation, indirect failure caused by power sources, acts of nature and any usage which is beyond the manafacturer's specifications. Tampering with the product labels, housing and/or the internal components will void the warranty. M-Factors is not liable for lost data, time or incidentatal damage to any other components. M-Factors warrants that repaired or replaced products are covered for either the remainder of the original product warranty or 90 days, whichever is greater.

Obtain Warranty Service

To request warranty service, customer must contact (email RMA@mfactors.com) M-Factors within the warranty period. Upon verification that the product is eligible for warranty service, a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number will be issued and instructions for returning the product will be provided. The RMA number must be clearly printed on the outside of the package. Customer is responsible for shipping charges for shipments to M-Factors and assumes the risk of damage or loss during shipment. 

Returns Policy

Wrong Order or Unwanted products - 14 days from receipt of order

We offer a full refund (minus original shipping fee) of the product price if the unused and unopened merchandise is returned to M-Factors no later than 14 days after the receipt of the order. You must contact us to get a confirmation # before shipping it back. The product must be in brand "new" condition with all the original accesories included.

Faulty products - up to 12 months from receipt of order

We cover the manufacturer warranty by repairing or replacing the defective product within the first 12 months from the receipt of the order. If the same product is not available we will offer an alternative product of equal or greater value. Contact us for the return procedure.

Customer is responsible for the return shipping cost no matter the return is for refund, replace or repair.

M-Factors shall cover replacement shipping fee for USA orders only. We do not cover INTERNATIONAL returns and replacements shipping and handling fee. INTERNALTIONAL clients will be responsible for return and replacement shipping charges.
