Shipping

Orders within the 48 contiguous states will be shipped via FedEX Ground, UPS Ground or USPS unless specifically request otherwise. Orders placed outside the 48 contiguous states will be sent according to the shipping method selected by customers during checkout.

For overseas orders, please contact us if the transaction fails to go through. And clients are responsible for custom duty and tax charges incurred if any.

Limited Warranty

Most products carry a 1-3 year limited warranty from the date of purchase. M-Factors makes every effort to ship defect-free products. Should a situation arise for warranty work, we will either replace or repair the unit.

This warranty does not cover product failure caused by abuse, mishandling, improper installation or usage, alternation, indirect failure caused by power sources, acts of nature and any usage which is beyond the manufacturer's specifications. Tampering with the product labels, housing and/or the internal components will void the warranty. M-Factors is not liable for lost data, time or accidental damage to any other components. M-Factors warrants that repaired or replaced products are covered for either the remainder of the original product warranty or 90 days, whichever is greater.

Limited Replacement Only Return Policy

Products with "Replacement Only Return Policy", or items labeled as “Non-refundable”  must be returned to M-Factors within 30 days of the invoice date. Products covered by this return policy may only be returned for a replacement of the same or equivalent item, if the original is no longer available.

FINAL SALES RETURN POLICY -- NO REFUNDS/EXCHANGES/REPLACEMENTS

This is the Final Sales Return Policy. Please contact the manufacturer for any concerns.

Obtaining Returning Service

To obtain a warranty service, customer must contact (email RMA@mfactors.com) M-Factors within the warranty period. Upon verification that the product is eligible for warranty service, a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number will be issued and instructions for returning the product will be provided. The RMA number must be clearly printed on the outside of the package. Customer is responsible for shipping charges for shipments to M-Factors and assumes the risk of damage or loss during shipment. 

Customer is responsible for the return shipping cost no matter the return is for refund, replace or repair.

M-Factors shall cover replacement shipping fee for USA orders only. We do not cover INTERNATIONAL returns and replacements shipping and handling fee. INTERNATIONAL clients will be responsible for return and replacement shipping charges.
